SARFRAZ FAYYAZ

Managing Partner

Sarfraz is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having worked for over 12 years within public practice from small to top 10 city practices he broadly focuses on the accounting systems, compliance, technical and audit services and have experience of working in several industries. This range of experience includes clients from trading, retail, investment properties, legal and not for profit organization.

In his spare time Sarfraz enjoys getting involved in charitable work and spending time with his family

Jamie Masson

Client Manager

Jamie has joined us in 2018, bringing with him over 14 years’ experience in accountancy. His main duties are Sole Trader and Ltd Company Accounts along with quarterly VAT Returns.

In his spare time Jamie enjoys watching Football, Cricket and Snooker. He also likes to spend time with he’s family, Refereeing kids football and occasionally coaching his son’s team.

Waleed Jami

Associate Partner

Waleed Joined BizNav in 2012, he works closely with established clients across industries such as retail, recruitment, properties, day care nurseries and high net worth individuals. His experience spans audit, tax, business planning and investigations, with a specialism in helping younger growing companies with their expansion.

Away from the fast moving world of accountancy, Waleed enjoys travelling and exploring new places.

Sue Watts

Office Manager

Sue joined us in September 2018 as office manager. She previously worked in an administrative role in a small entrepreneurial tutoring franchise business for nearly 4 years. She has also run 2 of her own businesses as a childminder and Pampered Chef consultant successfully for 11 years. Before having children, she worked in the Market Research industry for 14 years where she was an Associate Director. She is currently studying for a book-keeping qualification. In her spare time, she enjoys tennis and Ceroc dancing and is a season ticket holder at Crystal Palace football club.

Rizwan Ahmad

Associate Partner

Rizwan joined us in July 2014. He qualified as an ACCA in February 2006. He worked with a firm of accountants in Chiswick for 6 years where he gained solid experience in dealing with Small and Medium size organisation’s accounting and tax matters and has also worked in industry. Rizwan works closely with owner managed businesses to ensure that every client gets a personalised service and make sure that issues are resolved smoothly and efficiently.

Rizwan loves to travel and in his spare time he likes to visit country sides and spend quality time with family and friends.

Shahzad Fayyaz

Associate Partner

Shahzad is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant having trained with Ernst & Young in London. He brings a breadth of experience having worked for over 10 years within public practice. He has a distinctive combination of professional skills gained supporting a multi sector base of SME companies and individual clients. He values the opportunity to get closely involved helping clients achieve their corporate and personal ambitions.

Shahzad likes most sports and enjoys playing football and cricket in his spare time.

Tabita Micula

Senior Accountant

Tabita joined BizNav in March 2016. She has a Bachelor Degree in Economics. Tabita specialises in management accounts, payroll and VAT.

On a personal level she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Danish Ilyas

Senior Manager

Danish joined BizNav as a qualified ACCA accountant with MSc in Financial Management.. He specialises in Taxation, accounting, audit and payroll solutions for a diverse number of clients within real estate, retail, wholesale businesses and other investment portfolios.
Danish loves travelling and meeting new people from different cultures. He enjoys playing and watching various sports like football, cricket and tennis. He also likes to keep up to date with new technologies and gadgets.

Neil McDonough

Accounts Assistant

Neil is an AAT qualified, he has worked in practice for over 15 years. Neil assists in managing a portfolio of owner managed businesses and specialise in accounts, payroll, VAT, personal and business taxation.

On a personal level Neil enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Saba Haq

Executive Assistant

Saba joined Biznav in November 2019 as an Executive Assistant. Saba has previously worked in an administrative role in a small accountancy firm. She has a BA degree in Business and Accounts.

In Saba’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Clare Corless

Bookkeeping Manager

Clare has over 25 years of experience working as the Administration Manager for a Post production house, where she managed the Finance Department. Clare joined BizNav as a bookkeeper and payroll manager.

KHURRAM JAVED

Associate Partner

Khurram is passionate about results which have led to his obsession with performance. He is a results-driven professional who strives to achieve winning outcomes for his clients. His expertise includes business growth, advisory, disruptive transformation, tax planning, assurance, accounting, and financial reporting.

He gained significant business experience helping blue-chip clients whilst working at a Big Four accountancy firm in London for over 10 years. Khurram is a qualified accountant and has studied Digital Marketing Strategy at Oxford and Disruptive Strategy at Harvard. He deeply cares about fellow human beings and the planet.

Mudassar Maqsood

Senior Accountant

Mudassar joined us in 2021 as a senior accountant. He has a BSc in Accounting and is a part-qualified accountant. Mudassar specialises in managing a portfolio of book-keeping clients. His other focus areas are personal & corporate taxation, accounts and payroll. He is proactive, solution oriented and takes pride in building strong working relationships within the team and with his clients.

Outside work, he is fitness enthusiast and loves sports.

Hassan Mahmood

Senior Accountant

Hassan joined BizNav in 2014 and became ACCA qualified in 2018. He has worked in various roles throughout the years and specialises in payroll, book-keeping taxation, accounting and auditing.

Outside work, Hassan enjoys squash and swimming.

Abi Jude-Antaninas

Semi Senior Accountant

Abi joined BizNav in 2023 as a Semi Senior Accountant. She is an AAT qualified Accountant and has worked in practice for over 6 years. Her main duties are client communication, Bookkeeping, Self-Assessment Tax Return, Quarterly VAT Returns and assisting in Accounts preparation.

In her spare time Abi teaches the Tamil Language and enjoys working with the children, she also loves reading books and plays netball in her leisure time.

Peter O’Donnell

Associate Partner

Peter is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with nearly forty years of experience – beginning as a Financial Controller for a Solicitor’s firm, and with a calm approach to problem-solving that has served his clients well during that time. He’s worked with businesses in a variety of sizes and industries, including construction, retail, and CICs to name a few. Peter is based in our Maidstone office.

In his spare time, you can find Peter watching his favourite sports, cricket, rugby and F1, or reading.

Emma Gunner

Bookkeeper

Emma started out in customer services but decided to make the move to bookkeeping 10 years ago. With 2 small children it allows flexibility around them while still being a fulfilling job. Emma is based in our Maidstone office.

In her spare time Emma likes to read and spend time with her family exploring new places.

Hafsa Moneer

Accountant

Hafsa joined our team in March 2022. She qualified as an ACCA in December 2003. She has worked in various accountancy firms over the years and specialises in bookkeeping, taxation and accounting.

Outside work, Hafsa enjoys spending time with family, travelling and reading books.

Leia Clark

Accountant

Leia is AAT qualified and working towards her ACA. Her knowledge is fresh, relevant and reliable, and her working demeanour calm and friendly. She values her ‘real world experience’ prior to moving to accountancy. Leia enjoys the variety of her role, helping clients understand their finances and learning new skills. Leia is based in our Maidstone office.

When she’s away from work, you can find Leia with her family, including her Beagle Star, going for walks or swimming.

Niki McNae

Practice Manager

Niki is the Practice Manager of the Maidstone Office, with a history of working in the accounts industry for over 17 years.

Niki has been front of house during this period and prides herself on the good working relationship she has with the clients.

As Practice Manager, her main roles include client interaction, and managing an effective team from the Maidstone Branch.

She enjoys focusing on her fitness and walking her dog. She supports multiple charities including Cancer Research and Dog Rescue, and her keys to success are a positive work ethic, patience and loyalty.

Caroline Lee

Receptionist and Admin

Caroline is the friendly face you’ll see when you visit the Maidstone office. In her role as Office Admin Assistant, she enjoys the variety of work, supporting her colleagues and engaging in client communication. Caroline began her career in the finance industry as a Private Client Investment Officer at Coutts Bank in London. She is an energetic and active, staying fit with regular dog walks, visiting the gym and going running. She also enjoys gardening and spending time with friends and family. And if you ask her what one of her key skills are, she’ll answer ‘Being able to persist with HMRC, so you don’t have to!’

Francesca Robinson

Bookkeeping and Payroll Manager

Francesca specialises in bookkeeping, VAT and payroll. She is currently working towards her AAT qualification. Fran is based in our Maidstone office.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking part in various sporting activities.

Kyri Andreou

Associate Partner

Kyri is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant having worked with small firms and top-20 firm Moore Stephens.

With over 20 years in public practice he has a wealth of experience. He has supported a multi-sector base of SME companies and individuals and has a specialism in property accounting and property tax, whilst being an active property investor and landlord himself.

Kyri loves travelling and spending time with his family. He also enjoys playing football and watching his beloved Spurs

Marta Banas

Executive Assistant and Credit Control

Marta joined Biznav in 2023 as an Executive Assistant and Credit Controller. She is currently finishing her AAT level 3 qualification and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Philology. Marta has worked previously in administrative roles within recruitment, hospitality and telecommunication and worked as a teacher in the past. She is always keen to learn and ready to take up new challenges, with natural problem solving skills and analytical mind.

Marta loves travelling, experiencing different cultures and cuisines, dancing, reading and plants.
